One
Online UK Visa Application Form
per applicant. (The
Consulate of the United Kingdom has introduced a web-based visa
application form.) Follow the step by step instructions.
Your application MUST be submitted and paid for online. Please
print a copy of the completed form and mail it to Passport Rush
for processing. Failure to complete this form will delay the
processing of your visa. |

recent 2 x 2 passport type photographs, in color, front view
and with a plain/light background. |

of Departure: Computer generated flight itinerary from
the airline or travel agency, or copy of airline ticket or
letter from travel agency. |

Special Instructions:
for Passport Rush to submit this application for priority
processing, it is necessary to pay the priority processing fee
of $150. The fee will be paid to

defined as any attempt made by Passport Rush to retrieve the
visa in less time than the amount required by the embassy to
process the visa.
Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased
until all visas and passports are secured and in your
