British Visa Application Form:
One visa
application form per applicant. Please note: The Consulate of
the United Kingdom has introduced a web-based visa application
form. Applicants must follow the step by step instructions and
pay visas fees online.
Important Information:
Upon completion of the application
form, the applicant will be prompted to schedule an appointment
to submit biometric information. This biometric information
consists of scans of all 10 fingers and a full-face digital
photograph. The visa application must be submitted no earlier
than 24-36 hours after and no later than 2 weeks after biometric
submission.
From March 27th 2015, United Kingdom Visas and
Immigration (UKVI) will be making changes to the visa
application process for children under the age of 5 years
applying from within the USA. Children in this category will now
be required to attend a biometric appointment to have their
photograph taken. Fingerprints will not be required.
This
change will bring the enrolment process in the United States in
line with that currently in place across the rest of the world.
This policy change is designed to protect children and safeguard
against identity theft. Captured images will be printed on visas
and used to produce Biometric Residence Permits, where
applicable.

This visa is for international graduates who have studied in
the UK to stay on and do skilled or highly skilled work.
Please print a copy of all
completed forms and send to Passport Rush for processing.
Failure to complete these forms will delay the processing of
your visa.

Financial Requirements:
Three
most recent bank statements (originals, no on-line
statement) demonstrating proof of sufficient funds; a minimum of
2,800 pounds (additional 1,600 for each accompanying dependant),
held in personal bank account for a minimum period of 3 months.

Visa Processing Time
Visas are usually processed
in 5-7 working days.
In order to ensure that
visa applications for most embassies/consulates are submitted on
the day that we receive them, they should be shipped to us via
FedEx Priority Overnight (not First Overnight or Standard
Overnight).
Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased
until all visas and passports are secured and in your
possession.
