Passport Requirements:

Send us your original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank visa page available for visa stamp(s). 

Visa Application Form:

One Online Kenya Visa Application Form per applicant properly completed.  Incomplete or improperly completed forms will delay the processing of your visa.

Photo Requirements:

Four recent 2 x 2 passport type photographs, in color, front view and with a plain/light background. (neither snapshots nor computer generated pictures will be accepted).

Other Forms: Letter of Authorization.

Proof of Departure:

Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel agency, copy of airline ticket or a corporate letter stating travel plans. A signed letter on the travel agency’s letterhead confirming round-trip booking may also be submitted.

Medical Requirements:

The consulate of Kenya recommends immunization against Yellow Fever and Cholera.

For Business Travelers:  Business Letter - Original letter from employer or sponsoring company, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to Kenya.

Complete the Passport Rush Service Order Form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents. (NOTE: Consular fees are NON-refundable. If visa is rejected and resubmitted new consular fees will apply).
