Trinidad and Tobago |
The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is an archipelagic state in
the southern Caribbean, lying northeast of the South American country of
Venezuela and south of Grenada in the Lesser Antilles. It shares
maritime boundaries with other nations including Barbados to the
northeast, Guyana to the southeast, and Venezuela to the south and west.
The country covers an area of 5,128 square kilometres
(1,980 sq mi) and consists of two main islands, Trinidad and
Tobago, and numerous smaller landforms. Trinidad is the larger and
more populous of the main islands; Tobago is much smaller, comprising
about 6% of the total area and 4% of the entire population which is
estimated at 1.3 million (2005). The nation lies outside the hurricane
belt.

application forms per applicant properly completed and
signed. Signature must be original on each application.
Improperly completed forms may delay the processing of your

Photo Requirements: One
recent 2 x 2 passport type photograph, in color, front view and
with a plain/light background. (snapshots are not accepted).

For Business Travelers:
Business Letter - Letter from employer or sponsoring
company, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant,
indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in
the company, and clearly stating the purpose of visit to
Trinidad and Tobago. The business letter must also indicate who
will be financially responsible for the applicant and must
provide detailed contact information in host country |

Proof of Departure:
Computer generated flight itinerary from the airline or a travel
agency, copy of airline ticket or a corporate letter stating
travel plans. A signed letter on the travel agency’s letterhead
confirming round-trip booking may also be submitted.

Residency Status:
Copy of US Permanent Resident Card or valid visa. US visa
holders should have original I-94 or I-20 stapled to their
passport |

of your Work Permit or Missionary Permit if applicable |

Visa Processing Time
Visas are usually processed
in 5 business days. Rush service may be available under certain
circumstances, at the discretion of the consulate.
In order to ensure that
visa applications for most embassies/consulates are submitted on
the day that we receive them, they should be shipped to us via
FedEx Priority Overnight (not First Overnight or Standard
Overnight).
Non-refundable tickets or reservations should not be purchased
until all visas and passports are secured and in your
possession. |
